Expedition History
Our biggest year yet. Eight rhinos dehorned, DNA-sampled, and micro-chipped across three operations. The group included guests from three countries and formed friendships that have lasted well beyond the bush.
The expedition that put us on the map. Six rhinos protected, extraordinary Big Five sightings at Phinda, and a group of men who arrived as strangers and left as brothers.
Our inaugural expedition. Five rhinos. Six guests. One life-changing week in the African bush. The blueprint for everything that followed.

"AMAZING. This was something I would have never been able to do on my own. The food was incredible, the safari lodge is beautiful, and the staff are all super friendly. This experience was more than I expected and is something I will remember forever. Tony is an incredible host and his passion for conservation is infectious."

"I loved every second of this experience. This is something I could never have done on my own. If you are looking for an authentic African wildlife experience, this is it. The safari lodge is mind-blowingly luxurious and the food is spectacular. But the rhino rescue — that is what changes you."

"I have done a lot of travel in my life, but nothing has come close to this. The combination of real conservation work and absolute luxury is unlike anything else. You feel like you have earned the sundowners and the gourmet dinner because you spent the morning saving an actual rhino."

"Tony is the real deal. His knowledge of the bush, the animals, and the conservation work is extraordinary. He makes you feel like part of his family from day one. The group of guys on our trip became fast friends. We are already talking about the next one."

"The luxury lodge at Phinda is genuinely one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Waking up to the sounds of the bush, going on a sunrise game drive, then having a gourmet breakfast — it is perfection. And knowing that you helped save a rhino the day before makes it even sweeter."
